2. Get comfortable with discomfort

Feeling uncomfortable or anxious is proof that you are embracing your challenge.

It can feel overwhelming, uncomfortable, even painful.

Keep in mind many experiences can be harrowing at the time, but end up being for your best.

From public speaking to going to the doctor to training for a marathon, even facing your debtors, confronting the worst will help you feel much better.

Keep in mind nothing lasts forever.

Don’t shy away from your bad feelings.

You can and will override them and come out on top!

3. Be sure to get support

Overcoming obstacles doesn’t have to be faced alone.

Having supportive people around you will lighten the anxiety and help you become solution-focused.

Being encouraged and motivated not to give up by your support team is the most valuable resource you could ever want in overcoming obstacles.

If you have people who cheer you on, you’re going to find that extra level of energy to help you get through.

And when they face their challenges, you’ll be there for your friends and colleagues.

Once you’re part of a team that has the backs of each other, none of you will have to face the ups and downs of life alone.

You’ll be able to overcome life’s challenges as well as celebrate life’s victory’s together.

4. Be grateful for your obstacles

It may sound counter-intuitive to feel gratitude for the challenges in life.

But think about it for a moment.

Accepting the challenge, resolving it head-on, and overcoming it makes you a better, stronger person.

Imagine how amazing it will feel to face uncertainty and fear and then deal with a problem and solve it.

Without challenges in your life, you would never grow and learn and become a better person.

Challenges are a natural, regular part of an authentic lifestyle.
