Ideas to supercharge your day!
Morning moodiness can be quite common for many people.
The feeling that the day ahead is going to be a miserable one can be discouraging first thing in the morning.
However, don’t be disheartened there is good news.
You have the power to set the tone for the rest of the day.
Furthermore, when you acknowledge your feelings and understand that you can do something about them.
You’ve just shifted your energy to a more empowering and positive one.
Here are six actions to supercharge your day
Smile
The moment you wake up, don’t get out of bed just lay there for five minutes, and smile, yep, you read right to smile.
Even if you don’t feel like smiling, forcing yourself to smile can boost your immune system.
Even If you are in a bad mood, it can instantly shift your state and lift your spirit.
Exercise
Before you have breakfast do some exercise, it doesn’t have to be intense exercise, it can be a brisk 10-20 minute walk, or 15 minutes of stretching, or 20 push-ups.
It gets the blood flowing, lowers blood pressure, and clears the mind for creative thinking.
It’s a fact that moderate workouts lower the risk of acquiring unwanted ailments and promote improved overall well-being.
Attitude of Gratitude
While in the shower, think of five things you are thankful for, and say ‘thank you’ out loud.
Examples may be, I am thankful for hot water, I am thankful for my health, I am thankful for my spouse and children.
Being in gratitude only has positive side effects, Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life, and it provides an immediate sense of well-being.

Meditate
This is where you have some quiet time for yourself.
Read a short paragraph from a motivational book or magazine; listen to a motivational or inspirational CD.
Put the headphones on and listen to some relaxing music to mellow you out.
You may want to pray and/or listen to a short spiritual message.
Close your eyes and relax, then begin to picture your day the way you would like it to go.
See the people in your office smiling, being happy, experience and feel the positive energy that radiates from them.
See yourself closing that BIG deal and everyone congratulating you.
Say some positive affirmations to yourself, like, “I am happy and content”, “I am a successful person”, “I always win!” etc, this will prepare your mind subconsciously for the day ahead.
You’ll be amazed at how it will impact your work and the people around you.
Set a Daily Goal
To stay encouraged and continually visualize the accomplishments you want to achieve, need to set a daily goal.
They can be as simple as a follow-up phone call, writing a letter to a client, getting call-sheets updated.
Whatever the task is, just get it DONE!
Accomplishing these simple goals will help you feel like you moving closer to success in your life.
