The moment you wake up, don’t get out of bed just lay there for five minutes, and smile, yep, you read right to smile.
Even if you don’t feel like smiling, forcing yourself to smile can boost your immune system.

Attitude of Gratitude

While in the shower, think of five things you are thankful for, and say ‘thank you’ out loud.

Examples may be, I am thankful for hot water, I am thankful for my health, I am thankful for my spouse and children.

Being in gratitude only has positive side effects, Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life, and it provides an immediate sense of well-being.

This is where you have some quiet time for yourself.

Read a short paragraph from a motivational book or magazine; listen to a motivational or inspirational CD.

Put the headphones on and listen to some relaxing music to mellow you out.

You may want to pray and/or listen to a short spiritual message.

Close your eyes and relax, then begin to picture your day the way you would like it to go.

See the people in your office smiling, being happy, experience and feel the positive energy that radiates from them.

See yourself closing that BIG deal and everyone congratulating you.

Say some positive affirmations to yourself, like, “I am happy and content”, “I am a successful person”, “I always win!” etc, this will prepare your mind subconsciously for the day ahead.

You’ll be amazed at how it will impact your work and the people around you.

Set a Daily Goal

To stay encouraged and continually visualize the accomplishments you want to achieve, need to set a daily goal.

They can be as simple as a follow-up phone call, writing a letter to a client, getting call-sheets updated.

Whatever the task is, just get it DONE!

Accomplishing these simple goals will help you feel like you moving closer to success in your life.

Be in the Moment

With the past, I have nothing to do; nor with the future. I live now. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Be present in the here and now; be AWARE of your AWARENESS.

You only have this moment and then it’s gone forever, enjoy it, take it in, look at the sky, the trees the people, they are all part of a whole that makes up the world in which you live.

Learn to be in harmony with yourself and then with all your surroundings.

Breathe and be aware of you and how you have the power to influence this moment for the best.
